Christof Weber has been a member of the Porterhouse Executive Committee and General Counsel since 2018. He started his career at two major international law firms in the M&A/PE area, then continued his work at Syngenta as M&A/VC in-house counsel and held a management role at a family office for several years before joining Porterhouse. After studying law in Heidelberg/Mainz and subsequently completing his legal clerkship, Christof went on to passing both state examinations. He also obtained an MBA as part of the eMBA programme of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster on the topic of M&A.

Michael Schurich has been with Porterhouse since 2014. He is a member of the Porterhouse Executive Committee and is in charge of investment operations. Prior to Porterhouse, he was an engagement manager in the Transformation and Restructuring practice of Oliver Wyman in Frankfurt. Michael holds an MBA from Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL) and a diploma from Munich Business School (MBS).

Benjamin Steinhofer joined Porterhouse in April 2018. Prior to joining Porterhouse, Benjamin worked as a senior associate at Gilde Buy Out Partners in Zurich, where he worked on LBO transactions throughout the DACH region. Benjamin holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MA in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen, and a MSc in International Management from ESADE Business School.

Tobias Schmid joined Porterhouse in February 2020. Previously he worked at a mid-cap private equity fund in Germany and in the investment banking department at Morgan Stanley in Germany and the UK, where he advised clients in mergers & acquisitions and IPOs and gained experience in Leveraged Finance und Debt Capital Markets. He holds an B.A. HSG in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD with terms in Singapore and Fontainebleau.

Johannes Ramöller joined Porterhouse in August 2022. Prior to joining Porterhouse, he worked in the M&A team of a Big 4, in the investment team of a family office and as an independent consultant. Johannes holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and an M.A. HSG in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.

Silvan Blum joined Porterhouse in May 2019. Prior to joining Porterhouse, Silvan worked as an audit senior manager at PwC in Zurich, Lucerne and London as part of the Trade, Industries and Services team. He holds the Swiss CPA and a BSc BA from the University of Berne.

Sandra Gehrig joined Porterhouse in January 2021. Before joining Porterhouse, Sandra worked as the Head of Group Accounting & Consolidation at Hipp Group for several years and previously as Audit Manager at EY as part of the Assurance Industries team. She is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA from the University of Liechtenstein.

Riana Dietrich has been part of Porterhouse since its very beginning. Previously, she worked as a team assistant and executive assistant within the company. Prior to joining Porterhouse, she worked as a receptionist and assistant in a family office. Riana holds a diploma as an Executive Assistant - Federal Diploma of Higher Education, as well as the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Paralegalism.

Céline Wespi joined Porterhouse in April 2021. Before joining Porterhouse, Céline had worked in renowned hotels in Lucerne as a front office assistant manager. Most recently, she worked as a team assistant for the MBA programme at the University of St. Gallen. She holds a diploma in Management & Leadership from the Akademie in St. Gallen.
